Onteora Youth Football League is Launched!

It is with great pleasure that we can announce that our dreams are becoming a reality, and Onteora Youth Football League has been born!

Our league will serve children interested in playing tackle football as junior players (ages 7-9), and senior players (ages 10-12). We have been working diligently to get all business in order for the Fall 2019 football season, where we will compete against established teams from neighboring school districts.

This is a HUGE opportunity for our children and our community to take part in establishing a promising future for Onteora Football. If all goes well, it is our goal to offer flag football for 5 and 6 year olds as well as a cheer program for interested children. This is going to be an enormous undertaking. We will need support from our community and from all of you to be successful.

We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, which means we will be depending on donations and sponsors to get this off the ground in year one. This first year will be the most difficult, because we will be providing top of the line, 5-star rated equipment for our children. Their safety is our number one priority. We are genuinely so excited to see our young athletes making history as Onteora's first youth tackle football teams!!
